Mr. Nguyen Anh Duc studied and worked in Australia and at multinational corporations before returning to Vietnam to work at Saigon Co.op. He is currently the General Director of Saigon Co.op, the leading retail cooperative in Vietnam, ranked among the Top 500 retailers in the Asia-Pacific region. Saigon Co.op is the largest purely Vietnamese-owned retailer with the most diverse retail models, serving a wide range of customer segments in Vietnam. The company operates nearly 900 stores, supermarkets, and shopping malls across the country, welcoming over one million customers daily for shopping and entertainment. Saigon Co.op also engages in manufacturing, exclusive distribution of goods, and commercial real estate.

As the Director of Government Affairs of Shopee, Mr. Phan Manh Ha has extensive and in-depth knowledge on Viet Nam and ASEAN e-commerce policy and laws.

Ha was the Senior Officer of the ASEAN from 2012 to 2021. During this time, he managed and coordinated ASEAN’s external economic relations, including consultations with ASEAN’s Dialogue Partners at the level of Senior Economic Officials (SEOM) and the ASEAN Economic Ministers (AEM). He participated the RCEP negotiations since the starting date in 2013 till the end of the negotiations.

Before that, Ha was the external trade specialist of the Ministry of Industry of Trade of Viet Nam. He was in charge of Viet Nam’s trade relation with the Asia- Pacific countries, in particular with Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Michael Vu Nguyen is the Managing Director of Boeing Vietnam, appointed to the role in September 2021. Based in Hanoi, Nguyen is responsible for strengthening Boeing's presence in Vietnam and supporting the company's growth opportunities in the country. He reports to Alexander Feldman, President of Boeing Southeast Asia. Prior to Boeing, Nguyen spent more than 30 years across a myriad of industries, including aviation, healthcare, education and manufacturing. Ms. Van joined PwC Vietnam in 1995 and became the company's General Director in 2011. In addition, she is a senior leader in the Tax and Legal services segment of PwC Vietnam. In 2023, Ms. Quynh Van became the Chairperson of PwC Vietnam and is currently the Vice Chairperson of Vietnam Tax Consultants' Association (VTCA).

She actively participates in consulting for multinational corporations as well as domestic companies on strategy, corporate restructuring and other corporate governance issues. She works closely with the business community to promote good governance standards and promote sustainable development.

Ms. Quynh Van has extensive knowledge of the business environment in Vietnam, as well as current laws and regulations. She has supported many customers in establishing businesses and bidding for large projects in Vietnam. She has also participated in advising Vietnamese clients in overseas investment deals and IPOs.

Ms. Quynh Van has been a guest speaker at several conferences held in Vietnam as well as other countries around the world such as the Netherlands, Denmark, Malaysia, Thailand, etc. These events aim to exchange and address issues related to the tax system, investment and business environment in Vietnam, corporate governance and listing on foreign stock markets.

Ms. Quynh Van graduated with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Henley Management College, UK, after graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Economics with honors from Martin Luther University (Germany). Pham Hong Hai is a seasoned banker and leader with 28 years of experience in HSBC, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations. He is currently the Vice Chairperson of Thien Viet Securities, a leading merchant bank in Vietnam. He is passionate about promoting Vietnam’s economic development and facilitating its integration into the global market.

Hai has held various senior leadership roles in HSBC across different countries, including Canada, where he was the country head of International Subsidiaries, and Vietnam, where he was the first ever Vietnamese person to be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, HSBC Vietnam achieved remarkable growth and recognition, winning numerous awards such as Best Foreign Bank, Best Foreign Investment Bank, Best Cash Manager, and International Retail Bank of the Year.
